The SELO Application Mobile Availability, known as Sambhav, is a specialized mobile app tailored for CRPF employees, veterans, and their Next of Kin (NOKs). This app serves as a vital digital connection between the Central Reserve Police Force's ERP system (SELO) and the users' mobile devices, allowing seamless interaction and updates.

Upon successful registration and verification, this app empowers users to perform various essential activities efficiently. Key features include access to Personnel Information System (PIS) data, enabling users to view their PIS details aligned with the SELO database. Additionally, the app provides comprehensive access to pay information, allowing users to view and download their salary details with ease.

It also offers a diverse range of multimedia content through its E Magazine and video features, providing users with access to content uploaded by the CRPF. Users receive both general and personal notifications; general notifications cover updates and information disseminated by CRPF, while personal notifications include system-generated alerts about bills, orders, pay, GPF, APAR, and other pertinent details.

Further enhancing convenience, the application enables users to modify basic details in their PIS, such as photos, phone numbers, and email IDs. The contact details feature allows users to view their unit control room contact information swiftly.

Notably, the platform incorporates an Online Transfer module (Santos) facilitating various transfer-related activities, such as monitoring hardship scores, evaluating eligible and ineligible units, and managing transfer requests and representations.
